At VirtuoMed Connect, he leads venture development from capital allocation and commercial structuring through regulatory coordination, implementation, and operating integration in Southern African markets.

Dr. Till Jeske leads the platform’s local investment position and execution base in Namibia.
As an entrepreneur and long-term investor in the country, he brings capital, market access, and on-the-ground judgment to healthcare infrastructure development. He is responsible for local execution, investment alignment, and long-term ownership discipline in Namibia.
